Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer hands-on therapy techniques with a focus on promoting optimal movement patterns and functionality.
- Deliver ongoing patient education on exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and preventative measures to optimize recovery and promote long-term wellness.
- Design and implement functional exercise programs tailored to patients’ conditions and goals.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and adaptation of treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and clinic standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Must provide proof of professional liability insurance.
- Experience in physiotherapy with manual therapy, with a strong emphasis on exercise prescription, is a very strong asset.
- Post-graduate-level training in manual therapy and/or functional exercises is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive patient relationships.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in manual therapy and functional exercises practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
