Physiotherapy care may include assessment, reassessment, education, active treatment, manual therapy when clinically indicated, and home exercise planning.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy appointments are provided one-on-one and are guided by your assessment findings, goals, and treatment needs.
Initial Assessment and Treatment — 60 minutes
$135
A physiotherapy initial assessment includes a review of your concern, relevant history, physical assessment, explanation of findings, treatment planning, and treatment where appropriate.
Follow-Up Appointment — 30 minutes
$100
Follow-up appointments may include reassessment, treatment progression, education, active care, manual therapy when clinically indicated, and updates to your home exercise plan.
Follow-Up Appointment — 45 minutes, where available
$110
45-minute physiotherapy follow-up appointments may be available with select providers only. They are not available for all clinicians, locations, or treatment plans.
Clinic Director Physiotherapy
Initial Assessment and Treatment — 60 minutes

Follow-Up Appointment — 30 minutes

Clinic Director appointments are billed separately and may have limited availability due to clinical and operational responsibilities.
Massage Therapy
Initial Assessment and Treatment — 60 minutes

Massage therapy may support soft tissue symptoms, recovery, relaxation, and general wellness goals.
Payment and Coverage Notes
Cohesion is not an OHIP-funded physiotherapy clinic and does not bill WSIB claims.
